In the first half of the year, the added value of textile industry above designated size increased by 7.3% over the same period of last year
According to statistics, in June 2016, the industrial added value above designated size increased by 6.2% year-on-year (the growth rate of the following added value is the real growth rate after deducting the price factor), which is 0.2% faster than that in May. From a month-on-month perspective, in June, the added value of industries above designated size increased by 0.47% from the previous month. From January to June, the industrial added value above designated size increased by 6.0% year-on-year.
In terms of sub-sectors, in June, 35 industries in 41 major industries maintained a year-on-year increase in value added. Among them, large-scale textile industrial added value compared with the same period last year an increase of 6.6%. From January to June, the added value of textile industries above designated size increased by 7.3% compared with the same period of last year.
