1. Design drawings

2, the starting version
The craftsman hand-engraved the wax plate according to the design drawings. This is the most demanding process in the jewelry making process. 3, the mold
The old lost wax casting method made the wax mold into an 18K ring. 1 wax tree
Each wax ring is hand-welded to a wax stick alone, and a wax tree shaped like a big tree is finally obtained, ready for casting.
2 plaster
The well-formed wax tree is put on the stainless steel cylinder together with the chassis, and the corresponding weight of the gypsum slurry is slowly injected along the inner wall of the steel cylinder. The wax tree is not used, and the vacuum is naturally placed for 6-12 hours to solidify the gypsum.
3 baking gypsum
The plaster mold is baked and the functions are dewaxing, drying and casting.
4 casting
The baked plaster mold is taken out and the metal solution to be cast is prepared at the same time. The molten gold that has been melted is injected from the nozzle.
5 plaster mold washing and cleaning
The cast gypsum mold is in a high temperature state, and is taken out from the casting machine and naturally left for 10-30 minutes, and then placed in cold water for frying. After the gypsum bursts due to shrinkage, the golden tree is taken out, and the large piece of gypsum is brushed with a steel brush, soaked in 30% hydrofluoric acid for 10 minutes, rinsed after being taken out, and the remaining gypsum is removed until the surface of the golden tree is clean.
6 shear castings
Cut the jewelry on the golden tree along the bottom of the nozzle to dry.
4, model
The model is a process of welding, boring, hammering, and sanding the castings with auxiliary tools such as ring iron and ferritic iron to trim the deformation and surface roughness of the casting during the casting process.
The produced model, or the scattered model, is spliced ​​by welding to make it a predetermined style, and the style has begun to take shape.
5, diamond
If a piece of jewellery and crafts is to achieve the dazzling effect of jewels, it is basically inseparable from the setting and embellishment of broken diamonds.
After the mold is finished, before the micro-inlaid diamonds, the semi-finished products need to be fixed on the lacquer, and the diamonds are set under the 40-fold magnifying glass.
Many of them are actually craftsmen. These crafts will gradually be replaced by machines, and these craftsmen will gradually disappear. In the future, it can be done by hand. It may be those expensive high-end jewellery. It may be difficult for ordinary people to afford to do things by hand.

6, polishing
Polishing and polishing, a process that makes gold awaken. Before the polishing, the gold can only be a faint soft light.
