1 Objects and methods 1.1 Survey subjects The first inpatient or accompanying staff admitted to the Department of Neurology of the hospital in September 2004 was divided into two groups. The first group was the patient who was admitted to the neurology department for the first time in September 2004 in January 2005 or his accompanying person as the survey object before the listing. The second group was the patient who first lived in the neurology department in February 2005 in May 2005. For the survey object after listing.
