Misunderstanding 2: Only consider the weight of a single roll, there is no whole length strategy
Reason: The difference in the thickness of the strapping belt is not the same as that produced by the manufacturer. Similarly, the thickness of the strapping belt of the different models is not the same. This results in the same quality of the same length and the price is different. Myth 3: Some users value packaging

Misunderstanding 4: The more white the better the packing, this is actually wrong.
Reasons: Some packing belts, especially ordinary packing belts, are produced from recycled materials. The color of recycled materials is not white. The whiteness of packing belts is actually whitened with brighteners and calcium carbonate and chemical materials. This will not only affect the pull and adhesion of the straps, but also increase the cost of the straps.
The density of the other straps (gram weight of the PP straps) was also very stressful on the adhesion results of the straps. The PP straps had a gage of 4.4 g/m. The higher the PP (polypropylene) purity, the stronger the fracture resistance of the bonding point. It is recommended to use a high-purity packing strap with a gigantic weight of 4.4 g/m2. The lighter weight, strong resistance to breakage and handsome appearance at this thickness of the strapping belt are the most cost-effective.
Relatively speaking, the gram weight of the sandwich packing belt (including lime powder in the middle of the packing belt) has no effect on the packing belt. The sandwich packing belt has only the outer cover material of PP, and some of them are recycled particles. This packing tape has a very low breaking strength and is very bulky and not handsome on the surface. The cost of accounting is higher than the price per meter of high-purity PP tape.
