Below are the stitch settings my triangle bartack utilized: starting with a near-zero stitch width and swiftly increasing to 7.0, all while maintaining a stitch length of 0.4 to ensure density without overlapping. After some experimentation on scrap fabric, I managed to replicate this effect without relying on any advanced embroidery stitches. They also add a splash of color to my Classic Shirts while reinforcing the seams—a win-win! If you'd like to try this yourself, here are a couple of tips: 1. Tauten your fabric to prevent puckering during stitching. Using an embroidery hoop or stabilizer might help maintain tension. 2. Begin with a narrow stitch width and adjust the width after every two stitches (zigzag pattern). Lift the needle before changing the width. Continue this process until reaching the maximum width. The larger the gap between stitch widths, the shorter the bartack will be. Let me know how it turns out!
